Tilipia and Hard Knocks

Last night was a quick dinner and yet things paired up nicely. 

I made a tilapia that thaws quickly when ran under cold water, then I saw on the package I could have put it in the oven frozen (next time).  The package said to put a sauce on top and gave a couple of options, but no recipes for the sauces.  I used a little mayo, a little olive oil, with some tomato and basil and some of my fall back steak seasoning, sea salt and pepper, and topped with sweet onions.

Cooked up some asparagus and popped some potatoes in the microwave.  I paired it up with some Hard Knocks, our Apple Wine with Honey and Herbs.  I've changed up my herb blend this year.  It went together beautifully.
