Gourmet Vinegar

Peach Vinegar

I had some left over peaches in the freezer from last years winemaking.  Tossed them in a pot with some herbs and spices and started up a gourmet vinegar, fruity but savory.  We have used this on a dinner of Talapia with a Quinoa rice blend made up with an assortment of veggies, ie mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower.  Yum, yum!  The peach has such a pretty color and adds a tasty zing to any dish. 

And yes the Peach wine will be available for spring.
