Food pairing with fruit wines can sometimes be tricky.  Wine can go with any food that you like, but it is especially nice when you find a really nice combo.  Our Oregon Pear Honey Wine is a little dry, but has a touch of sweetness.  It goes really nice with just about any seafood.  But last night we paired it up with a quick Crab Louie and it was awesome.
