Gresham Farmers Market

Pear's to the left, then Riesling, and Gewertztraminer (last spring).

I'm gearing up now for the Gresham Farmer's Market in May.  Just 2 short months away.  I'm starting with my "bread and butter" line up because I know these are favorites.  Raspberry, Pear and Apple, each fermented with honey.

I'm still waiting for label approval for my Oregon Pyments, including a Red Marechel Foch with Honey, and our White Pyment with Riesling and Gewurtztraminer w/Honey and a Blush Pyment that includes the classic Concord w/Honey.  Also waiting on label approval for our Berry Wine made from Red Raspberries and Blackberries.  Many of these grapes are what we call "Simon Estate", ha we chuckle, they're from our little spot out here of just 2 1/2 acres.  But there's just something real special about it being your own.  We're always expanding hope to eventually make from all of our own fruit.
