What's for dinner?

I have some baby greens I need to get used up.  I'm sure I'll have to make shift with some of the ingredients, but I do have some goats milk I could make up a quick cheese to use for the dish.  Yes, I'll have to see how this comes out.  Yum.  This recipe is from Shane Wingerd, local Corbett guy, the Culinary Alchemy blogger.
