Check this out. This sounds delicious and just the right colors for Valentine's Day. The clear pure white of the divinity and the vibrant red of the red walnuts. I used to enjoy making lemon meringue pie with my son Aaron when he was little. I would imagine beating up the egg whites for divinity would be similar. Just need to find my candy thermometer.
