French Wines/ So much to learn.

Had some incredible wines last night at MHCC, Wines of the World, with Court Carrier.  For February we're studying France and Italy.  Our guest speaker, Hauk introduced us to the French wines.  They were so incredible, deep and complex.  They just have a different way of doing things.  Maybe now I can begin to understand their snootiness.  I think there is so much I can learn from them.  Hmmm always learning,  How can I begin to apply some of their same ideals in my growing and  wine making?  Always so much to learn.
