End of Summer / Beginning of Fall, Yeh!

Flowers from the Garden
Goats Milk Soap is great for sensitive skin.
All the pretty flowers.

The fun is coming soon.  I've been working hard to pretty up the shop to make it presentable for the show.  I'm so thankful that I have friends who have such a knack for display.  It's my first shot at this, but I'm already thinking I'd like to do it again.  We will start off the fun with a BBQ/Potluck with the Corbett Ladies Tea group on Thursday evening.  We'll be celebrating the end of summer, beginning of fall.  Then we will continue into Friday and Saturday with a little pre-holiday sale.  Jeanie Stein will have her fun cards available, and Gail Stevens will have her beautiful silver jewelry.  I've been putting together many things that would be great in gift baskets or stocking stuffers.  I may even have a few already assembled baskets.  If you're like me and enjoy scent, you'll like checking out the many flowers I've dried over the summer.  These can be used to create your own pretty things.  I will also have some of my Pear Honey and Raspberry Honey Wines available in both full size bottles and little half sized bottles that will fit nicely into a gift basket.  They have art from local artists on them.  Call or Email for directions.

Leaning Star Winery offers small batches of handcrafted wines.  Our winery is located on the outskirts of Gresham, Oregon, a short jaunt to the freeways in all directions. Learn more about Leaning Star Winery or send us an email and contact us.
